Wow, so PHOT could have lost all their business and assets for just on toxic financing note. Scary stuff, especially since PHOT has never made money, yet has huge salary costs.
They also owe payroll and sales taxes, defaulted lease payments, and have huge salaries to pay.
No longer have a business license in California. What's up with that?
