Why, because history will repeat itself as it has twice before. Buy 10,000 shares @.09 and after the r/s you will have 400 if it is 1/25. A year from now since investors will see through this we will be back to the price point we are now with 1/25 the amount of shares. Each time Geert did a r/s we went back down in price to where we started. Happened after the R/S of 1995 & 2013 where both were 1 for 10, if memory serves me right we were around .20 before the 2013 R/S then became $2.00 after with 1/10 shares, that $2 is now $.09. So might as well wait a few years so for example 20,000 shares is really 20,000 and not 2000 or 800.
