It was free when I went to a few classes and seminars. It could be an inexpensive alternative to a good consulting firm.

Given the company isn't reverse splitting the Z-shares, has current debt, a pending lawsuit, and made plans(?) for future financing, I doubt they are making anything close to the right moves. It could be the only move besides bankruptcy, though.

Still they do need long term growth plans.
