Dan and MHYS can send out a PR every day till the moon turned purple with spots and it wouldn't matter at this point. There are only two dates important to this company and everyone stuck here right now, and they're both in August. Two years delinquent of reporting ANYTHING with the SEC, and THREE years delinquent with Business Licensing. We know for certain failing to pay the Business License means Permanent Revocation. And another failure with the SEC will at a minimum almost without question generate an DTC chill. Worse case Delisting. Time is ticking, and they can spin it however they want. But that's just the truth of the situation.
