GP, The stock price makes no sense. Are we still being controlled by the Russell shorters? The company is much further along then when we were last below 90 cents years ago. What gives?

This company has now has 6 trial sites per PN at the last earnings conference but still has not updated the FDA website. How do you get patients to enroll if you do not get out the word?

Is the share price now being determined solely by Mgt. delay?
