That is not correct. It is 100% factual. READ THE SEC FILINGS. The truth is in them.

The massive amount of toxic death spiral convertibles can, and will, convert into about 100 BILLION new common shares. Right now.

This ridiculous fantasy about a reverse merger into this insolvent company with numerous tax liens, adverse legal judgements, and over $20 million in past-due debt is just another in a long line of stories invented by the CEO and the toxic lenders to drive artificial demand to dump more stock into.
