Excellent ThSeeker. China is no longer the growth engine, and the rest of the world (read Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece et al) is poised on the edge of a slippery debt glacier. Nobody is immune, the US included. Our debt picture is outrageous, and will fuel the downward spiral into the debt default vortex.
