Read the SEC filings.

COWI is not doing anything. It is an insolvent company with a MASSIVE amount of toxic death spiral convertible debt that current converts into about 100 BILLION new shares. Right now.

This BS story about a new trucking company is nothing but another ploy by Lloyd and the toxic lenders to dump more stock. Just like all the others before them.

I find it difficult to believe anyone actually believes the merger story.
