hey Canoer - This is one of those crazy looks too good deals...I am an oldtimer with market experience and research,etc...CTRV looks really great but it seems absurd price is not higher....Thanks millions for your postings...yesterday's was great help as I was able to verify what I know...but I also know markets and the big block right on close whacked it back to 1.45 from the 1.54 area late in day...I am trying to figure if there is something I am missing...I mean they could have sold more gently previously for several hours and gotten better price so why dump at close...stock did have a few volume bars on five minute chart once it got over 1.50 to 1.55 so it may have been same seller and wanted to be out by close so dumped what was left...CEO J.S. looks super solid and did you notice - you might check me to see if I am correct on this - a few weeks back he exercised two blocks of options of over 300,000 shares each adding about 30% to his holdings of several million shares? right? weird is his exercise price was near market price and he had til 2027 to exercise them if I read the filing correctly..so why spend the funds now when he could just hold them and exercise later if it is higher...
