NANOTODAY...I AGREE A LITERAL READING OF THE LAW SAYS YOU ARE RIGHT...

But then look at the case law....even in the 9th circuit where the judges side with investors over corporate boards more so than anywhere in the USA.
CEO's makes all kinds of statements that are as truthful as our new President's. Now I ask you, do they pay a price for their "alternate facts"?
