Agree. I do think their original statement was inadequate. They tried moving the bar without moving the bar "complete in March but submit in April". With all scrutiny right now, it should have included the new pr info because April is Q2. And below they also gave no reason. So, I find the new pr nothing more than a formality of stating it right and giving the reason for record books. We shall see. All the best
