I think it was just the name change and ticker symbol that made them look at this on OTC Markets. Then when they saw that fins hadn't been posted in three years they changed from a stop sign to this. That was done a few months ago and hasn't fazed this "management" team one bit. The don't care nor are they about to spend the cash to change it.

A week from this coming Friday--March 31st will be THREE YEARS since any financial info was released for this Company.
