I hope....Cvm gets all clear from FDA (including inventiv patients allowed) around 2nd week of June (after 6 monther warrants expire from dec round).
Prelim data comes out awesome....which based on my hypothesis is guatenteeed!
Pps comes up, market up, cash on hand, no r/s!!!!

Geert has said many times that there will be no release of preliminary data. Period.

PPS before the hold and before the arb trial was 40-44 cents. Removal of the hold just gets us back to that point and THAT would be ignoring the MANY millions of shares diluted since September.

A positive arb decision is great for salaries and to keep the study going again BUT it will NOT increase the share price 2500+% to get it where it needs to be for compliance.

There WILL be a R/S. Only question is what the ration will be...
