Two more weeks left, hopefully they complete the merger on time, it sucks when they drag on well after the deadline but it does happen pretty frequently and this seems like a fairly complex RM.

I'm wondering if part of the closing conditions is for the shell to be uplisted to the OTCQB..?? I'd highly doubt this will stay on the Pink sheets. I think OTCQB is perfect, Pink's have a negative stigma attached to them and OTCQX is almost too transparent or something, OTC investors don't seem to like those very much IMO.

EPT seems like the type of company that could easily go the NASDAQ or NYSE route if they wanted but I have no clue what their intentions are.
