Cannabis Regulatory Policy Promotes "Balanced-Debt" Survival Strategy .....

Many savvy Investors watching $RIGH have been following the emergent Cannabis-Hemp sector for a number of years ...... and recognize the impossibility of negotiating Federal Regulatory Law as long as Cannabis-Hemp remain on Schedule-One ...... Disclosing profits in public related to Cannabis-Hemp is akin to confessing to a felony and becomes an open invitation for enforcement agencies to sweep in to grab any cash and all the assets they may desire to haul ......

The roots of this distressing process emerged from Nixon´s 1971 "Controlled Substances Act" and gained momentum from the Reagan-era declaration of a "War-On-Drugs" ...... This is merely a sketch of when and how the socially divisive and economically crippling dilemma of a "war-on-drugs" found its legs ..... along with the enabling support of a massive run-away budget ..... propping-up failed policy .....

Therefore ...... It has become obvious to many observers ..... survival instincts in a clearly illegal environment for cannabis-hemp dictate the wisdom of running a business in a "zone" of "balanced or salient debt-load" to avoid the "quicksand" of declaring income to the IRS ..... which could also become an apparent evidential admission toward having committed a federal crime ...... This unfortunate "catch-22" circumstance becomes an opportunity for Corporations to grow their infrastructure in the least visible manner possible as a "survival strategy" ...... from my perspective ..... Which is saying ..... I can see the formidable obstacle Bud Genius has faced along with a host of other cannabis-hemp related corporations ...... and why staying as far under the radar as possible helps promote sustainability ......

The only viable prospect for change on the horizon that I can detect would be for Congress to take action to change the law of the land ..... which would move activist A.G. Sessions to the sidelines and permit the electorate to legally manifest what they have decisively voted for by way of our Democratic process .....

The "big-dog" of authority in the picture appears to be the recently organized Congressional Cannabis Caucus ...... though they will need to negotiate potential blocking maneuvers from select obstructive-oriented Committee Chairmen who may have the personal power to impede the flow of Cannabis-related legislative proposals .....

Best Wishes
