Rory nor the company knows of anyone intentionally dumping shares.
Volume was 10 times the daily average and even at that volume, the share price remained stable is
evidence that there are many investors waiting patiently for dips in the share price to quickly
accumulate as much as they can.
The comments on Oceanside didn’t make much sense to Rory as they have millions of shares and
Rory is extremely confident in their long term hold / investment in the company. Why sell a small portion
of their investment today potentially devaluing the larger balance of their shares.
One would typically infer from such a spike in share volume that there is something is dramatically
happening. Rory insisted that if there ever came a time where he felt there was a problem impacting
shareholder value, we wouldn’t have to read about it later, he would be up front with us and advise all
shareholders of such facts. He did it before, publishing a shareholder update video about a year ago
advising shareholders of the audition booth business not producing the returns he originally anticipated
and that he intended to change gears and develop the bNotifi technology.
What this all means. If revenues are going to drastically fall short of where his estimates are, he will be
the first to tell us and update forecasted revenue projections. No hidden bad news!!!! That's not
something any of us in pennyland are accustomed.
He put it another way that I thought was relevant. “ If you wake up some morning and you see a ton of
selling going on, you won’t have to think that they know something you don’t. Everyone will find out,
good or bad, at the same time “
Technology:
They are currently integrating / integrated with ORU. Rory spent a great deal of time talking about ORU
and he seems quite excited and ambitious about the possibilities. He thinks it could be way bigger than
people understand
Testing partners
bNotifi technology is currently being integrated into the ORU platform to create a seamless
experience and higher usage rates.
Base ORU membership should be about $12 a month
Estimated 250K subscribers for 2017
Revenue projections net $5 per month per subscriber
Rory did not state when the bBooth revenue would start to come in from this.
They are almost ready to go live with it, almost..................
They are integrating with other TOP MLM companies as we speak, but he was unable to disclose that
information at this time. It seemed like he really wanted to share the names with us, but again,
everyone finds out at the same time.

The possibility to call out through the video instead of having a call to you ( like FB messenger )
When they say Bnotify will be interactive, it means 2 way, video interacts with you, you interact
with it. Aka from the def. “allowing a two-way flow of information between a computer and a
computer-user; responding to a user's input”
Everyone has an idea in their mind of how this tech could be used.
They have been focusing mostly on the underlying core tech and not the user interface. Among the new
people joining the company are Silicon Valley pro’s who are designing the new UX’s because they are
committed to producing a true Silicon Valley quality application and platform.
In regards to questions comparing bNotifi to Youtube’s annotation capability. Rory said that what we
have is several generations ahead of Google. If Google had what bbooth has, they would have
deployed it already on Youtube. Google adding the annotation capability to youtube videos is further
evidence of value in interactive video. Apples to Oranges.
The annotations add clickable areas in the youtube video but they are not truly 2-way
interactive. bNotifi can respond to a call to action in the video.
Someone in the video could bring up a form or a survey and the viewer could fill out the
form in the video, while the video is still playing. The viewer could receive a response in
the video, like completing a purchase or signing up for a membership among other
things all without leaving the video.

Unaware of anyone or anything out there that has taken interactive video to this level
comparing bNotifi to youtube annotations is like comparing a Ferrari to a go-cart.
MONEY:
Company is focused on the BIG deals
There are a number of ‘small’ deals and were purposefully not announced. Based on the
blowback from the Bridge Wealth Management announcement, this is not the type of customer
the company is targeting.
They are using some small companies in carefully selected verticals that they can use as
development partners. By using these companies as beta testers, enables the company to go
after larger companies with a proven case and close deals.
The small testing partners are not charged in exchange for full access to develope / configure
the bNotifi platform within their system.
He said, ”they accepted Bridge Wealth because they are in the financial services industry and
he wanted to use them to create a working, tested product that he could use to target market
companies”
We are at least a couple of weeks away for the capital funding
Rory still believes they are still on track for their posted revenue expectations of nearly $50 Mil for 2017
projections they put out are still achievable based on deals already executed
expects to see revenue from existing deals to begin in the second quarter and ramp very
quickly.

Investors should be less concerned with how much revenue the company is generating today as this is
not how the investment community is valuing the company. They are currently evaluating the
technology, the market for their technology and the future cash flows they believe the business will
generate.
The current market cap based on the current share price grossly undervalues the company. As they
continue to attract the attention of the investment community we will begin to see the true value of the
company reflected in the share price.
He said, “look... we got this. We’ve done this before. We’ve got a superstar team of people working full
time for stock and they wouldn’t be doing that if they didn’t think this would be a home-run”.

Expect the website to be revamped at the same time as the rebranding takes place in the near future.
The new website will go live once all the legal stuff is done.
The new website will do a much better job demonstrating the technology with downloads of the
actual apps from the website – not just a demo app to simulate the look and feel of the
technology like the prior bNotifiD apps.

Wanted all the new branding and name change completed first and said he did some magazine
interviews about the CRM platform and hopes it’s published next month along with other new IR
initiatives.
Their current initiatives are based on bringing new awareness and investors into the stock.
Massive IR campaign along with the Broker Dealers
Expects it to launch within the next few weeks
They got a lot of push back on the projections. Broker dealers said they felt it would be
challenging to convince investors that the company could go from zero to $45 million in 9
months and asked the company to revise the numbers down.
The revised projections including the entire management presentation is in an upcoming 8-K
filing. Original projections are still achievable but they agreed to reduce the numbers to satisfy
the broker dealers.
REBRANDING!!!!!!!
We will finally get a new name and ticker for something other than a darn Booth that we aren’t
focusing on anymore!
Montgomery Summit went surprisingly well. Rory made some great contacts with potential investors
and companies that asked for one on one meetings with him there and he’s excited to disclose the
business opportunities as soon as he can.
