So Judge Dee Lord granted Andrea’s motion for a protective order when it come to Apple and Samsung wanting to inspect the Bohemia facility during working hours. They also wanted to test and have a demonstration of equipment at the facility. It looks like Doug was willing to have them come by for a 2-hour inspection on the weekend but not during the week when the employees are working. Is this inspection really for discovery or because they want to see what they are really buying? Time will tell and the clock is ticking... All just my opinion...
