Have to say teddog1 I agree_With all the stated assets and revenue streams, there is no reason HEFFX should be sitting at .003.

With a meager float of 215m shares. And available float probably under 50m shares. And venture capital investors standing around with loose cash, this should be at $2.

My only guess is new shares will be issued in the new company for all insiders and us shareholders will be given a r/s for pennies on the dollar. Hope I'm wrong! G/L!
