Well what needs labeling is what really are their doing. If you undertake a project like theirs you surely wouldn't and shouldn't be in inadequate, especially combining it with stock on the nasdaq. So that leaves the other option, they aren't trying.
I surprised with their conduct all along they weren't reprimanded to the point to shape up or ship out meaning if their conduct still persisted which it did for many many years a derivative decision would be enforced which I think could still happen because we have lost tremendous value after many years.
I always said send me the paper work. People need to get a back bone as far as I'm concerned, this situation could be more flagrant actually because you can't convince me they can accomplish anything except the negative they seem to be able to process without problems. So what does that look like? You have every right in the world to protect yourself in a free country if your in one why not use it.....
