Yeah, like it has been since 2014. Actually longer, since "Triangle Restaurant Group" was supposedly opening restaurants for DHSM that didn't happen before FCGD acquired the "Restaurant Group" with no restaurants. Clarence Parks and Peter Iodice left the bagholders with nothing with that one as well.

Remember the "convenience stores in Alabama" that never happened?

Or the "Maryland Fried Chicken" franchise that never happened?

Or the "Florida pizza restaurants" that never happened?

By the way: Peter Iodice, the great altruist who operated "Triangle Restaurant Group" as a FCGD subsidiary, is about to go to prison for fraud:
