You fail to realize that if they supposedly got rid of all their convertible debt (as stated in their last non-material news announcement) and the stock is trading 400K shares a day, who is selling. Either they are not being truthful or insiders are bailing before the bottom falls out. If their were not any more cheap shares being converted or insiders selling in volume every single day, the stock should go up $0.05/day until the remaining balance of the $0.90 option holders convert and put more pressure on the stock around $0.98-$1.05 again.

Something really stinks about this one!
