In regards to the millions of shares traded, I actually do remember reading in the court fillings that Jamn said Rohan dumped all his shares, then announced the Marley family was pulling out of the contract. This made the stock plummet (I think from .15 to .01) and Jamn sued for damages this caused as well as breaching of the licensing contract. It seemed they were alluding to an illegal dump of stock by Marley knowing his shares wouldn't be worth as much after announcing he wanted out.
This is the only thing that gives me some hope that Jamn may come back. Unless the facts are wrong, as a major stock holder, you can't dump all your shares just prior to announcing you want the company to stop using your name when 'your name' is the catalyst of sales.
I'm not selling my shares right now hoping the Marley's may settle, give a few million to Jamn, Jamn then releases new product into existing channels.
I guess we will see sooner than later
