If they do it right it is a good way for IBRC/us shareholders to get onto the OTC. We are pink sheet -- AHIT is OTCQB with only 9,726,595 shares outstanding as of 3/1/17.
Think of it.... AHIT has what IBRC ships. IBRC has contracts worth $$$... put them together on the OTCQB and you have one powerful MJ company trading in a location where the big guys trade.
It might be that share structure has to be shrunken to make the merger acceptable to OTC standards, but the price should make everything nice for all of us.

PUT it together. AHIT acquires IXBio which owns Cannibas plantations... AHIT is in real estate... IBRC ships Cannibas products. The three together is really something!! (See announcement below.)
