Does Exobx exist as a Company? In my opinion no, from it's founding it was not intended to be a viable concern, it started a scam and will die a scam. When the company was moved from Texas to Florida, that spoke volumes to me.

Should I sell and forget my loss? Not knowing you my answer to this is, are you a lover or a fighter
Do I still have hope? The way I see it is that should I sell my stake then I have chosen to retire from the game, if my investment is going to fail I opt to have a shovel in hand at the very end, after all, it is my money.
