Good points!

What you are questioning is, are they allowed to double dip, right?

If you change the package - why would the FDA be required to respond in 6 months.

If the package is the same and Apricus is only curing the deficiencies, wouldn't the new data not be allowed, in regards to shelf life and delivery device.

Basically we are talking about the amount of time the FDA is going to take to respond. Good point.

That would be a question for Apricus' I.R. department.
