EFLN has to have at least double size of 0.0004s at the bid 0.0003s (37M or more shares) in order for those strong hands to take out the stacking dirt cheap ask 0.0004s! Currently the bids size is still smaller than the asks size. Therefore it is still on the first stage before the rally unless the company starts the floating shares buy-back program again or issue some good news...
