On 11-4-16 Mr. Berman switched the direction of the company by acquiring a 49% stake in FMS Marketing.
From 11-4-16 to 1-24-17 Mr. Berman released 9 PRs (http://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/on4-communications-inc-ONCI/news) announcing contracts totaling just under $3,000,000 a year in total revenue.
Between that same time period Mr. Berman spoke of his intentions to enter into the MJ field through PRs and his CEO blog (For example http://on4inc.com/on4-december-update/). Please note a deal fell through with Tarheel Hemp that was spoken of in past releases.
On 3-15-17 Mr. Berman filed Q1 fins (Nov16-Jan17) (http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=ONCI&id=167794) showing revenues of $55k. Other highlights include Confirmation of SS, A/S 5B, O/S 3.293B and Float of 1.459B. Confirmation of all PRs and acquisitions, and On December 12,2016 the Company entered into a Corporate Advisory Services Agreement with a third-party for a 3 month period at a rate of $50k per month.
On 3-15-17 Mr. Berman also released a PR (http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=74101286)Confirming that the 1.5B O/S reduction is coming soon, and that they are in the process of redomiciling to Colorado as well as reducing the A/S. He also said:
“It bears noting that our reported Q1 revenues only represent the initial FMS purchase orders which began to flow into the company at the end of November 2016. ONCI has now entered a bold new era of growth during fiscal Q2 and I very much look forward to renewed communication to market on several exciting growth driving fronts over the next several weeks” CEO Berman concludes."
In summery I know $55k is not a lot but it is just the tip of the iceberg just based on PR contracts alone. Read them yourself and do the math or check my post from a few weeks ago. As Berman said Q2 is a whole new ballgame. Not to mention MJ push! I personally believe that $50k a month advisory company is directly involved in the move to Colorado and the additional move into the MJ field.
