It would be "too kind" to call CEO James Schramm a buffoon! Today's PR only confirms it!
First, Schramm decides it would good "press" to announce returning 65,000,000 of his "unneeded" shares to the company! After the "glow" of the "give back" disappears, then Schramm decides "he really didn't mean it" and GIVES 65,000,000 SHARES BACK TO HIMSELF! WHAT SCUMBAG!
If nothing else, this sort of "self-centered action" confirms two things! First, it is ludicrous to have ONE, AND ONLY ONE SINGLE INDIVIDUAL BASICALLY BEING ACCOUNTABLE TO NO ONE and second, JAMES SCHRAMM WILL ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF JAMES SCHRAMM, THE SHAREHOLDERS BE DAMNED!
