Coffee companies of that size tend to build out via the franchise model, i.e., they open up stores. They can get to market via wholesale and retail as well. If we're acquiring them, one can assume they want to attack the retail angle of bringing product to market given our "commercialization engine".
La Colombe is basically owned by the Chobani billionaire now (largest shareholder). I don't know but I don't think of him as a real estate guy. He's a retail guy. Maybe instead of going head-to-head with Starbucks and their model, he wants to out-flank them? Just thinking out loud.
