My wife and I were shocked this evening as more than one Fox News reporter mentioned that there is no evidence that Donald Trump was surveilled in his Trump Tower offices in the month before the election. But then, there is this shocking interview of Judge Napolitano by Lou Dobbs of Fox Business on March 6, 2017.

If they are gathering everything we say in real time, as Judge Napolitano just said, or NSA Technical Chief, Bill Binney has said repeatedly on this channel in personal interviews with me, or as former deputy director of the CIA, Mike Morell said on CBS This Morning last Sunday, the need for a FISA warrant would only be necessary to release the transcripts to those other than the most highly-cleared individuals in CIA and NSA.

Another thing we are now hearing – even on Fox – is that there were no FISA warrants. But Judge Napolitano just said he has seen a FISA warrant “for every customer of Verizon in the United States.”
Someone is trying to make this story about Trump’s claim just go away. Trump insists evidence will come out, so we’ll just have to wait and see.
