1st thing

Someone mentioned that the Name in the 8k was a typo by the SEC.

The 8k was a document sent in by Yates through a lawyer. The SEC does not retype, alter, correct or change even a dot in a filing. And every page in the filing was initialed by Yates and his so called CEO. If a handwritten filing is sent in, that is what gets filed. The SEC does not retype anything. They wouldn't have the manpower for it anyway.

And they don't correct anything. Yates sent in a filing once with the word INC in the company name wrong. He forgot to put in a period or had the case of the INC wrong. They rejected the filing and said to redo it.

The SEC does not check the body of any filing for accuracy. You file it. It goes in as is. If it is a hand written filing, it goes in as hand written. They retype nothing.

The way they wrote the so called new CEOs name was intentional. Both initialed each page.

Not going to get into why it was probably done.

Ask Yates why there is a new CEO and Yates is still signing stuff as being the CEO. Roberton started signing stuff as CEO the day she became CEO. And that day and many more she said things to the investors.
