Anyway even winning at trial like PTSC did way back when against HTC only meant a 1.8 million dollar license which they fought until the month before the appeal was to be decided. Even if PTSC says they can continue this will again go all the way to a trial and you may not win with a different jury. Then if you do win in a year or more it likely will not be much! Then it will be appealed which means another year and a half and we all know those Democrats judges in big techs back pocket simply want to crush patent trolls like PTSC! My opinion bourne out by history. Why not make some money on the pink sunglasses deeply underwater bagholders and the momo traders? Jus say N!
