Don't think it will gap up tomorrow. No reason to w/o news. Extremely dangerous to buy pre RS. Most stocks tank afterwards. Your "scenario" of a good outcome is only possible on breathtaking news. It can really make sense to do a RS to get the party started. But there's no catalyst so far...
