Westmoreland Coal delays 10-K filing, Q4 earnings release
Westmoreland Coal (NASDAQ:WLB) says it is delaying its Form 10-K filing and its previously scheduled Q4 earnings release until March 28.
WLB says the delay is related to the previously announced technical accounting restatement for reclamation receivables, which is taking longer than expected because of the 14-year timeframe affected by the change.
