Especially when you consider that this land, when appraised in it's raw condition, would probably be worth $10M or more. With a master plan of ANY type, it will be worth 10's of multiples of that number. This can be verified very easily by looking at "comps" that have been posted here by Ddmdm2020 and me (and others, I think).
And then add to this that our partners are original land owners and/or extended family - they have PERMANENTLY committed to this is as the way they will monetize this huge property.
Add to this that the Team Leader (the new GM for Procon), Alejandro Espinoza Arroyo has MUCH experience AND involvement with everything that has been done to develop ANY land areas in ALL of Baja California - except the Municipality of Mexicali - over the past many years. He's well-respected, has deep connections and family history in the entire region surrounding El Rosario (where this land / Cielo Mar is) and apparently has a keen interest in seeing it come to fruition.
We're looking very good for that $1+ that I see on the horizon. Better every day! PGUS
