I'm sure that they will want some decent background info to grant a loan, that is the last thing that the FLPC guys want to see happening as they know the mine is worked out.

Sometimes it become economical to mine minerals that were previously, due to the difficulty and expense in getting at them, uneconomical BUT the big question is about the potential resource availability.

This mob are great at talking up a story about how fantastic the ongoing resource is, to get "investors" to part with their cash, their track records clearly show they don't come up to snuff when push comes to shove.
