It could be a stock novice with a small pocket book trolling through penny stocks making inexpensive bets. First stock I bought was a penny stock, the idea that I could get 1000 for 10 bucks was very appealing to me because no risk, just potential reward one day. That was 10 years ago. This will be the last penny stock I invest in, which by the way I first did at 3cents about 3-4 years ago. Obviously poor timing
Been waiting on it ever since.
