Andy, if as you say we are to receive 7% of MR'S Gross, then they are doomed to failure. Their margins food-wise are thin to start with and unless they sell a hell of a lot of booze, no way. That's a great idea get them drunk and then give them a gun. They should have let Trump negotiate this deal for them. BTW, one location and no word on Las Vegas ground-breaking. This negotiation will be a back-breaker for them and peanuts for us even if they manage to stay afloat.
