It just has to finish the current restructure and I would argue that this legislation or any significant funding source would speed that to completion. The first and most significant hurdle for FLPC as it relates to completing the restructure is funding in any form. Filings, PR's, hiring staff, compliance with regulatory issues, milling ore all require funding to move forward. If this legislation is enacted I believe it will be a game changer for the entire rare earths industry and will specifically help small start ups like FLPC especially those that have resources to mine as does FLPC. There are no guarantees with any of this I'm simply stating that this is a very interesting and promising development in FLPC's search for funding.
