Welcome to the board x1power, as for a suitor I would say as they move more into a supplier mode and out of a R&D only mode a buy out or partnering is very possible.

They also have, per the 10-K another deal in the works with a major electronic company. As well as several new products to launch this year. Past history shows this stock was at $4.00 in March of 2015 and that was based on speculation of future progress... that speculation is now becoming a reality so $4.00 again is not that big of a reach.
