Let me play the other side. So I get a lawyer letter ( asking for information and progress on the SEC action. If I haven't done anything up til now why would I answer the lawyer letter (lawyer wins on fees) unless it stipulates action will be taken unless there is a prompt response. So what action are we willing to take if no response is forthcoming from the CEO/counsel. I don't know if Marcus reads the board (doubt it) but we should be willing to put heat thru a securities regulatory agency, SEC etc. that he cannot dodge.
