Just received a reply to my email from yesterday.......

Dear Shareholder,

Our WeedWeb site had some technical issues a few weeks ago and had to be taken down. In addition, major changes to the information posted on WeedWeb are required due to the changes in the legal cannabis laws last November. Some states, like Florida, are still sorting out how to implement the sale of legal cannabis. Management plans to re-write some of the site as soon as the technical issues are resolved. Additionally, our company needs capital to properly market WeedWeb to gain viewers and, in turn, advertiser support. Our recent commitment on financing for You’ve Got the Part should provide some capital for WeedWeb that will allow us to get the site going again with the goal of generating revenues.

We do plan to make announcements in the near-term as we get closer to realizing our funding commitment.
