How about 3power needs to get out of albania!! Joe, why waste they're time on a corrupt and dis functional country?? The Dubai boys can obtain a 3 billion line of credit as we have come to learn, so why not move on and look elsewhere? It's not as if albania is the only game in town. The blame does not lie with the govt. Of albania but with 3power,s management to me. Of course I don't know the whole story and am no insider so purely an opinion on my part. But what else could one assume?? Glta
