I'm good with this direction too, and it sounds like there's a bit of a consensus. I'm also good with chipping in money- the more people involved the less we each have to pay.

I don't mind helping organize this effort, but I would need some assistance in finding an SEC attorney and in formulating a letter.

Sounds like a couple of you guys already have a pretty good idea of how this should be laid out.
