To get the share structure updated, you must have company authority to do so & I believe there is no cost to do so. Yes, I do have a large vested interest & was extremely misled by Michael James, the former CEO, as were plenty of others. Michael James walked away from the company without a word & as I previously posted, used straight out fraud to deceive shareholders. Despite the numerous complaints filed with more than enough evidence to prove it, the SEC did absolutely nothing, and incited the dangers of investing in MJ companies. I have also been unsuccessful in bringing about a class action suit, due to the fact that no law office wants to take it, which is understandable, being that it is a stinky pinky.
Best hope to recoup any losses here would come from a new owner coming in to take it over. I'm hoping that's what's happening as of late. Other than that, this is all I know. Cheers!
