I emailed the CEO for clarification regarding Easton today and this is the response I got back just now;
Quote:
Thank you for your inquiry,
I have had a few calls and emails about this recently but not sure why it is coming up now. To answer your question directly, Easton made an investment into Amfil Technologies Inc. back in July or August of 2014 and became a shareholder of Amfil Technologies Inc. at that time. They had an option to purchase additional shares of Amfil for a 24 month period which has lapsed. There is no exclusivity on the GROzone product line to Easton nor any other company. There is no relationship between the two companies other than a direct investment made 2.5 years ago when we started the GROzone project and they became a shareholder of our company. We are thankful to them for the support they provided at the time and wish them all the best and success in their business but we are not involved with their company's business nor are they with ours. EAPH and AMFE are completely separate business entities with no involvement in day to day operations of each others respective businesses.
