Well, what it means is that we are getting $4 million in cash (almost $0.12 per share) and we are giving up all our intellectual property rights and the main customer channel (oil & gas). We are keeping certain manufacturing rights (meaning we can expand the machine shop and make quantities of these for Schlumberger, albeit at a lower margin) and will be able to target all other markets (some mining, agriculture, etc.) via a royalty-free license.

While I would have liked $6-$8 million, all in all I have to say that this is a spectacular deal for the company. Ten years from now, when the voraxial is a dominant and ubiquitous clean-up solution, I'm sure we'll be sad that it was sold at 10 cents on the dollar.
