It's been a year and still no HEFFX specific merger. Also no news about any of it for several months now. Personally I think FINRA may have rejected Shaynes attempt to process this merger.

One other thought is any HEFFX r/s stock split would destroy any current shareholder value and any possible run up in this stock. These whole financial markets are currently cooling off from the biggest run up in the history of the American Stock Markets including the OTC Markets. Yet instead of taking advantage of that incredible momentum in the market, this HEFFX stock took no real advantage of that.

Lets move this stock Shayne! Up!
