You have to call Rob directly. I know it stinks, but that is what I had to do. Leave him a voice mail and he will tell you what to do..do not shoot the messenger, I am appalled that loyal shareholders are treated like this...Unless..He really thinks another competitor is a viable threat. Shouldn't matter, but apparently it does to him. Use the phone number I provided on a previous post..I believe by using the phone and leaving Rob a voice mail may be more effective...but what do I know!
