Next week may be able to get this at $1.00-$2.00. The price won't hold. The only thing they have going for them now is the Emmaus deal which looks like it may get done.

The nagging thing is the $6M cash payment to Emmaus. Who knows how they will get that done.

Since it seems that you hold some shares, there is supposed to be a rights offering coming up. When I don't know, but you could add shares at a reduced rate if you choose to participate.
